Yes. As long as you haven't any ride assigned already, you can accept as many rides as you want but only one of them will be assigned to you.
The rides you receive are based on your location and configured taxi ranks as well as the select method chosen (see here for explanations)
When a ride is received, a timer is started and the driver must choose between accepting or rejecting the ride. If the timer runs out, the ride is considered rejected
The ride can be sent to one or to multiple drivers at once. If it was only sent to one driver, upon rejecting, it will automatically go to the next best driver
Upon accepting, there is an option to manually select the arrival time (or let the system calculate it for you). This arrival time will be sent to the client to know when to expect you to arrive
Seamless communication channel with the clients before pickup for fast and efficient arrival times.
Quickly communicate with your fellow dispatchers
Ability to add all your vehicles in the system and select exactly the one you're using at the time
Simple and straightforward process for uploading and managing official documents for both you and your vehicles
Automatically receive notifications when a vehicle document or a driver document is expiring
Upon receiving a ride you have full details about the route to the locations of the route, the estimated distance, fare and time
We also provide a taximeter to more accurately track the real time and distance of the ride for better fare estimation
Check statistics regarding your earnings, your activity on a per year/month/week/day basis for any date interval
Every page is manually or automatically translated so both you and your customers can use the app in any of the languages available
If your language is not listed or there are some translation mistakes, send them our way and we'll patch them in no time

The accuracy of the location tracking depends heavily on the GPS satellites.
While we always try to improve the algorithms that process these locations we are only as accurate as these satellites which usually is no more accurate than 5 meters.
We have 2 types of fares:
Yes. When using a select method that includes taxi ranks the driver that entered first will always be prioritised
We could send the ride to the whole taxi rank at the same time but, the ones that arrived first will always have priority when accepting the ride.
Upon receiving the ride you have the option of instant messaging through the app or, if configured, the ability to directly call the customer either through the dispatcher's PBX or phone number.
