Automatically answer calls from clients using speech recognition

An automated system using artificial intelligence for speech recognition and text to speech can answer your client's calls. They can ask any number of details about the ride to the client and it will automatically recognize the client's speech and create a ride in the system using the parameters given by the client.
The ride will then be sent to the drivers based on the automatic selection method configured in the dashboard.

We also provide a highly advanced monitoring system to make sure that your drivers are being sent to the right locations and the clients are happy with the service

This system is highly configurable, works on any language and is compatible with any FreePBX online phone exchange systems.

Easily connect with your online PBX to receive calls directly through the application

Once connected to a websocket-compatible PBX (this time, not necessarily FreePBX), you can automatically receive and answer calls directly from the application's interface. A list of rides created by the same client is shown below the call so that you can easily create a new ride for your returning client.

If the call remains unanswered for some time it can be sent to the automated PBX answering machine (explained answering machine here) so you never lose any booking

Moreover, once a ride has been assigned, the dispatcher can close the call and have an automated machine report back to the client which driver has been assigned to them and when they should expect it to arrive.

Driver selection based on zones, ranks, distance, road traffic and more!

When creating a ride, the simplest way of selection of a driver is based on distance. The system automatically takes into consideration the best routes for drivers and finds the driver that can arrive the fastest to the client

The rank method of selection is based on the taxi ranks configured in the dashboard. This method applies the same type of search but for taxi ranks instead of drivers, finds the best suited rank (that also has drivers in its queue).
Each taxi rank has a priority list of all the drivers that are currently in the rank (priority is based on which driver entered first). The driver with most priority is selected from that list.

The zone and rank method of selection is based on the zones and taxi ranks configured in the dashboard.
Each zone has a priority list of taxi ranks configured in the dashboard. First, the zone in which the origin point resides is selected. Next, the taxi rank with the highest priority on the list that also has drivers in its queue and assigns the driver based on the taxi rank's priority list of drivers (as discussed above). This method doesn't apply any distance-based searching

The rank and distance and zone, rank and distance are simply a combination of the above having the distance selection method as a fallback (for drivers that don't reside in any rank)

Search and find addresses anywhere in the world

Addresses can be searched and converted into real coordinates using various providers such as Google Places API, HERE Autosuggest API, TomTom's Fuzzy Search API or Nominatim using OpenStreetMap data. You can choose to search for an exact location (with street and number) or the name of a point of interest (park, mall, shopping center, etc.)

For addresses that don't appear in the search query, the exact location can be manually selected and the dispatcher can send additional details to drivers

The system automatically calculates the most optimal route (based on duration, distance or traffic) and gives you an accurate fare estimate

Receive rides through multiple booking channels

Rides received through the client/passenger applications, the PBX automated answering machine or external API calls from external systems (airlines, hotels etc.) can be viewed and managed directly through the app.

Automated fare calculation formula customizations based on day/night, km and duration

You have full control over the fare calculation and estimation system. You have the ability to restrict by dates, by the time of day by number of passengers, charge extra for pets of luggage and customize exactly how each segment of the route is being charged

Frequently asked questions

Can the automated dispatch system be connected to any phone number?

Yes. As long as your phone provider offers a PBX system that is fully customizable with the ability to add AGI control scripts.

Does rank-based selection respect the time of enter for drivers?

Yes. When using a select method that includes taxi ranks the driver that entered first will always be prioritised

We could send the ride to the whole taxi rank at the same time but, the ones that arrived first will always have priority when accepting the ride.

Can the automated dispatch system send the audio to drivers?

Yes. Drivers can receive the spoken address of the client when receiving the ride.

Additionally, the system can also bypass any voice recognition and send the ride directly to a default location or taxi rank. (This is useful for low-volume time periods)

Are there additional fees for maps?

In most situations, no. We offer a self-hosted completely free map integration that uses OpenStreetMap data for the visual map, route/distance calculations and driver distance matrix.

For address searching this dataset might not be complete or fully correct therefore some customers might out into using a paid API such as TomTom, MapBox, Google Places or HERE. All of which we have integrations with.

Can I have multiple dispatcher accounts?

Yes. The system provides the ability to create and use multiple dispatcher accounts.

The accounts can additionally be personalized with predefined roles so not everyone has full admin access over the operations.

Can the automated dispatch be monitored?

Yes. We provide an extensive set of tools for monitoring both automatically dispatched calls and manual ones
